A multi-discipline researcher who appreciates the value that both qual and quant to insight and is an expert at merging data to tell a coherent story.

Lauren is an experienced sales and marketing professional with more than a decade of experience.

Maaret is an experienced client success and business development professional having worked at Accenture and Atos.

James is experienced in managing both qual and quant projects. He is an alumnus of the Savanta graduation theme and has also worked client side at Close Brothers.

Sonia is a project management professional with more than a decade of experience in senior positions for quant and qual market research fieldwork agencies and translation companies.

Helen is our quantitative Associate Director. She has more than a decade of experience in agency-side communications testing, product development programmes and customer experience research.

Francis has a passion for understanding human behaviour. With a master’s in behavioural science, he started his career at Verve where he applied quant and qual to support clients in the health, pharmaceutical, retail and technology industries. 

Adam has more than a decade of experience of marketing and communication in the data and insight industry. He was previously Global Marketing Manager at ESOMAR, and Director at Keen as Mustard Marketing. 

Lesley is an administrative professional with a background in marketing; working for over 10 years in B2B travel and within the CMI division at Unilever.

Tanzeel has a number of years of experience working in operations – managing projects from scripting to data delivery as well as programming and managing large tracker programmes.

At Irrational he supports the research team on projects and works on product development.

Simon heads up survey the programming and data processing team with more than a decade of experience at Kantar Worldpanel and Kantar Media. 

Lilla has been trying to understand and influence how people make decisions for more than 15 years. Starting her career at creative agencies like McCann, DDB, and Innocean, she has a master’s in behavioural economics and previously worked at System1 advising clients how to optimise their ads and products for maximum effectiveness.
